Customer Service Excellence
CSE Assessment Services, part of G4S, is the certification body which has the technology and skills to help your organisation achieve the new Customer Service Excellence Standard.
Assessments completed for the Cabinet Office are accredited under the UKAS BS EN 45011 standard.
These assessments highlight organisations which demonstrate exceptional standards in customer service. We:
- Have successfully supported over 3,000 organisations to achieve accreditation.
- Offer an easy-to-use online application tool and have developed a brand new dynamic online tool to support the new standard launched early in 2008.
- Are able to offer applicants real time gap analysis.
- Are currently supporting over 35 corporate programmes.
- Recently conducted a large corporate programme which included 68 single service assessments.
