Compliance visits

When is compliance not quality assurance? To put it simply, it is a visit to ensure that a procedure is being followed, in order to let a subsequent process happen. A driving test assesses your ability to drive solo; it does not offer advice or information if you are not successful. Most quality assurance and consultancy does. It is therefore impartial.

UK Border Agency

Our recent pilot project for the UK Border Agency (UKBA) is an example which demonstrates how we are able to support an existing customer with the roll-out of a major new initiative, Immigration Sponsorship compliance. Employers and institutions must apply for a licence to sponsor and bring migrants in to the United Kingdom, and meet a number of sponsorship duties.

All applicants in tiers 2 to 5 must give a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed sponsor when applying to come to the United Kingdom or for permission to stay. Our role will be to complete these assessments on behalf of the UKBA.
