Claim processing

Business processes can take a lot of resource to organise efficiently. We have for a number of years worked on behalf of clients delivering a range of "back office" processes.

Some use online systems, others involve paper processes, but all involve elements of validation, data entry and checking, and above all the highest levels of customer service when dealing with your clients!

For the Ministry of Defence we provide administrative support by processing claims for serving and ex-service personnel in relation to learning credits.
