Helpdesk/Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System
We use a CAFM system to measure, plan, manage and control all types of facilities services from within one system. Its use is fundamental to delivering our planned preventative maintenance programs, lifecycle management and helpdesks.
The helpdesk/CAFM system act as an integrated ‘one stop shop’ for customers to request Facilities Management services in a responsive, accessible and user-friendly manner.
Both planned and reactive tasks for maintenance of catalogued assets are logged and allocated and progress is monitored and signed-off. The CAFM system produces comprehensive management information on standards against agreed key performance indicators.
Facilities Management Staff
Our integrated FM service teams include experienced facilities managers, who are supported by qualified engineers, tradesmen, catering staff, laundry workers, groundsmen, housekeepers, premises managers, porters, mailroom personnel, cleaners and domestic assistants.
The specialist environments in which we operate require many of our FM staff to undergo vetting (security screening) and be at ease working in security-conscious workplaces. Our FM staff are also familiar with supplying services to people living or working under stressful and unusual conditions such as hospitals and custodial environments
