Across both of the following two contracts we feed around 425 patients daily and service some 450 staff and visitors from our restaurant and coffee shop areas.


CASE STUDY: East Elmbridge and Mid Surrey PCT


Our contract with East Elmbridge & Mid Surrey Primary Care Trust to deliver patient catering, housekeeping, cleaning, portering and linen services commenced in April 2006.

Our contract with the PCT involves providing the above services to five cottage hospitals as well as twelve health centres and clinics.  Previously FM services were provided by more than seven different organisations mainly as part of local acute or mental health hospital existing contracts and as such presented a complex situation for us to manage in the lead up to contract commencement.  Mobilisation is always a crucial component of any contract being successful and our expertise in managing this process is demonstrated in the following references provided by the Trust’s operational manager, Pam Taylor:

CASE STUDY:  Tower Hamlets PCT and East London and The City Mental Health Trust


Our second contract became operational in May 2006 with Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust and East London and The City Mental Health Trust.  We provide two hospitals as well as twenty-three health centres and clinics with a full range of services that include staff and visitor catering.
