CASE STUDY: Downing Property Services


We have gained vast experience of delivering accommodation services contracts to the public sector and now extends this successful track record with our first private sector facilities management contract with Downing Property Services.

Formerly known as The Royal & Sun Alliance Building, the Capital & City Exchange Building is a landmark building within the Liverpool Commercial District. The multi-storey office building was constructed in the early 1970’s and is set on 2.5 acre site.  The Capital Building consists of 13 floors of office accommodation comprising circa 35,450m2 and an atrium area in the City Exchange of 2,727m2.

We support the DPS building management team with the delivery of a first class cleaning, security and maintenance service to both occupiers of, and visitors to, the Capital Building and City Exchange.  Our team comprises of 38 multi-skilled facilities management staff.
