Employee welfare

The welfare of our employees is of paramount importance to us, and all our businesses aim to ensure that employees are supported during difficult times
G4S USA

As one of the world’s largest private employers, G4S understands the importance of supporting the long-term welfare and development of the people who make up our organisation in regions of the world where large parts of the community are at risk of poverty or natural disaster.

As well as offering employment opportunities, training and development, we also provide practical and financial assistance at times of hardship and when the need is greatest.

In 2022 (From April 1st) the company made grants of over £229,000 from the Employee Trust Fund in cases where employees had experienced hardship following a serious injury, illness or natural disaster. The grants made are usually to help meet immediate living costs and enable the individuals and their families to focus on recovery and rebuilding their lives.
