Profile:

Eduardo Palas has been Greco-Roman wrestling for nine years since the age of seven, and in that time has progressed to compete in first national and then international competitions.

One of his greatest achievements to date was winning two gold medals at the 2008 Pan-American Championships at Junior Cadet level in the freestyle Greco-Roman category. With such a natural sporting ability Palas is hoping to reach the very top of his sport.

  • 2008 Pan-American Championships: cadet class, El Salvador – two gold medals
  • 2008 International Championships: cadet class, Ecuador - qualified
  • 2009 International Championships: cadet class, Cuba - qualified

November 2009

Eduardo competed in the Junior Pan-American games in Guadalajara, Mexico and won the Gold medal. Eduardo’s gold medal was one of five other gold medals that Peru won, as well as two silver and three bronze medals.
