February 2008


This month I took part in a training camp at a Beijing Sport University where I concentrated on preparation for the Olympic Games and the National Championships in Kazakhstan.

In both competitions I will be competing amongst adults. I have worked very hard work at the training camp centre in Beijing but also had a great experience. I have visited the Great Wall of China which was incredible!  I have never seen anything like it and feel privileged to have had the opportunity to see such a wonder.

Now I have Pre Olympic Games rehearsal which means hard work.

    

October 2007

This month I am concentrating on preparing for an important ttournament amongst adults, it was the Beijing 2008 Pre Olympic Games rehearsal. It has continued to be very hard work at the training camp centre in Kushadasy, Turkey. I have built up my standard over the month and I am confident that my preparation has gone well. My coach is pleased with my progress and we are both looking forward to the continued development of my standard over the coming weeks.

September 2007

From 1st to 16th September I continued physical training in Tekely, from 17th September until the end of the month I trained at the Olympic training centre in Almaty which was very beneficial to my sessions.

Trainings have been carried out by the same schedule as in July but the Main focus was general physical training. My next goal is to build up my training towards my participation in the Asian Junior Championship.
