I have specifically been working on my endurance training as well as focussing on my strength and technique. As well as training I have also been regularly attending my English coaching classes, to help with my speaking and listening.
I am currently working towards the Junior Nationals which are in November, in Jamshedpur, followed by the Sub Junior Nationals in December, in Delhi. The Senior Nationals are then in January 2009, all of which I am really looking forward to.
Also from the 15th October the top 16 players, from both men and women from all over India, will be selected for the Commonwealth Games, 2010. The next month will be tough!
