I had some bad news I discovered that my L5 vertebrae in my spine is cracked so, the doctor has recommended for me to have a break for 3 months.
Because of this, I have not done any competitions in this month; I am just concentrating on the next events in April and May.
I have attended in Olympic training camp at the Sport Authority of Thailand that is preparing athletes for Olympic Games 2008.Then my main focus will be to increase the quantity of training as I am looking forward to the Olympic trial competition in Hong Kong, China.

I’m Pauline Korikwing, 19yrs old and an athlete. I joined G4S 4teen early this year. As well as traveling and meeting other sports people, it has further energized my desire for sports. My dream is to win a gold medal in the Olympics and break world record in marathon and 5000 races. The G4S programme has equipped me with training and moral support from G4S in Kenya.
