December 2007
In order to have give a warm welcome to the G4S 4teen member, Chien, I have paid a visit to the 2007 Kin Kei Cup International Table Tennis Invitational Contest in Macau during December. It was marvelous that Chien got 2
nd in the contest. Although we have not met for almost half a year, since the launching in London, and we spoke the same language, we felt very close and it was good to see each other.
In 2008, my focus point on competition will be attending the 28
th Asian Cycling Championships which will take place in Japan in April. The second will be the Macau Open Race. My goal is to compete and strive for the best achievement, and I will try my best to upgrade my standard level to the national standard, because in 2009, I will participate in Chinese National Games and the 29
th Asian Cycling Championships. I have to prepare and ready myself for the coming challenge.
In addition, I must improve my English standard, both for written and oral, so that I can communicate with other G4S 4teen members frequently.
November 2007
This month I have participated in the open competition of cycle racing of Macau. This competition is a series of short distance dashes and I finished eighth. I also continued with my training in the barracks of road cycle; we train in Macau and Zhuhai. After my competition in Macau I appeared in a newspaper that you can see on this website:

In September, I had two races, the Asian Cycling Championships 2007 and Macau Open match. Both went very well, I finished 28th and 11th in the Asian Cycling Champs and 4th in the Macau Open which I was very pleased with.
My training at the barracks of road cycle has also been going very well this month; we train in Macau and Zhuhal and it has greatly helped my performance.

August 2007
In August, I have not participated in any competitions but I have joined the barrack road cycling training this month, the training took place in Macau and Zhuhal and has been going very well.
I have been in contact with Chen Chien An of Chinese Taipei, since my English is still not good enough to speak to other team members.
Next month, I will go to Thailand to participate the Asian Cycling Championships 2007, I am really looking forward to this.
July 2007
In July, I took part in the Open road cycling competition in my home country, Macau, although this is a prestigious competition with experienced competitors I decided to use the opportunity as a personal time trial, and was therefore delighted to achieve a personal best of 29 kilometers in 46 minutes and then finish in 6th place.
To get the most out of my training I have joined a training barracks of road cycling that will enable me to train in both Macau and Zhuhal - China.
Another goal I have is to improve my English, after meeting the other members of G4S 4teen in London I would like very much to contact them all the time but at the moment my English is too poor but I do speak to Chien An Chen of Chinese Taipei
.
