Profile

Rob began sailing aged eight years, "after I stole my sisters Optimist" and has been sailing in Tornado class since 1999. His sailing partner is Mark Bulkeley.

Rob says that the most influential person in his career has been Olympic sailor John Merricks, who had huge natural ability.

His greatest achievement to date has been winning medals at the grade one events, which are the top rated events in Olympic sailing.
