FAQs
A: The protective measures used by the Company to safeguard our customers cash are extremely important, even though the Company has insurance cover. Most insurance firms take a period of time to investigate claims, thus in the event of a loss a customer will usually be deprived of the use of his funds while the insurance company investigates. The use of our protective measures reduces the possibility of a loss and thus benefits the customers.
Q: How can the customers know if the person who collect the cash are valid employees?
A: Very often our customers depend upon seeing an individual dressed in the uniform of our company to know whether to hand over the cash. Unfortunately that is not a reliable method of identifying whether you are handing over your cash to our genuine representative. We provide you with several methods for ensuring that you are conducting your transaction with an authorized representative. We provide each of our cash collectors with a photo identification card. We also provide each customer with a listing of names showing their authorized representatives. With these documents the customers can then check the name on the listing against the name on the identification card. The customers can at the same time compare the face of the person who came for the cash with the face on the identification card.
