Custody & Rehabilitation
We provide safe and secure facilities for adults and young people in custody in the UK, USA, Australia and South Africa. We are the world's second largest supplier of Youth Custody and Treatment Programmes.
Within these facilities we focus on addressing offending behaviour, education, training and equipping offenders to return to independent living.
Electronic Monitoring
We are the world’s largest provider of electronic monitoring services, monitoring almost 36,000 offenders in the UK, USA and Israel. We provide 24-hour offender monitoring, response, investigation, violation and evidence presentation services to governments and government agencies. Electronic Monitoring has proven itself to be a cost-effective alternative to custody
Offender Management
Our Offender management programmes operate both within the UK, USA, Australia and South Africa and are driven by the imperative to reduce recidivism. We work in partnership to tailor services to a client's particular requirements, to help them achieve targets for compliance and enforcement of programmes, including, mentoring, drug testing, home interviews and facilitating programme attendance.
Immigration Services
We are the main provider of in-country escorting within the UK and escorted and non-escorted repatriation services overseas to the Immigration and Nationality Directorate. We manage safe and secure short term holding facilities at ports around the country and our staff also work at Immigration Reporting Centres. We operate Dungavel House Immigration Removal Centre on behalf of the United Kingdom Immigration Service.
Police Support Services
Our service provision to South Wales Police is the management and operation of 11 custody suites, with an operational capacity of 135 cells. The use of Civilian Detention Officers provides a cost effective and efficient service, allowing the police force to release its officers for front line duties and achieve better value for money.
