G4S has been screening and vetting its own staff for over 20 years.

As the largest security solutions company in the UK, G4S employs over 24,000 people.  It is essential for the credibility of G4S and its customers that our employees are of the highest possible calibre. This is achieved using our high quality, industry leading screening and vetting service.

As well as defining its own high standards, G4S is fully compliant with all the screening and vetting standards required by law has been since they were introduced in 2004. These standards include:

G4S are also a registered Umbrella Body of the Criminal Records Bureau and are able to coordinate the collection of CTC checks.

G4S is able to offer the same quality of screening and vetting to other companies requiring these services. A range of checks can be delivered by G4S including:

G4S employs a team of highly trained and experienced staff to deliver both standard screening services to the BS7858 standard and bespoke packages according to each individual customer needs.  We are also able to deliver a customised set of screening standards and services depending on the customer requirements.
