G4S
Security Services (UK) has recently launched its own secure online customer information system - My
G4S - giving our customers access to accurate and comprehensive data.This new G4S development enables our customers to log in to My G4S via our secure website, and access their management information as follows:
- Scheduling - a seven day forward view of the security officer name, duty description and times for the selected assignment
- Invoice copy - a view of the previous six months' invoice statements
- Performance measures – a view of the current customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and completed service reviews per assignment
- Proof of Presence - a view of patrol activity.
