Our Recruitment Processes
- We scope officer roles specific to customer environments
- Our national network of Resourcing Officers recruit candidates at a local level to match a specific role
- Screening and vetting is undertaken to a 10 year minimum standard (BS 7858)
- We provide officers with the skills they need to fulfil their role along with continual development
- All induction and on-site training complies with BS 7499 and Security Industry Authority (SIA) standards
- We have nine dedicated training centres within the UK and all training officers have industry knowledge and experience
- We can offer customer specific training with courses tailored to the needs of the customer
- We ensure our officers are comfortable with the customer’s environment
- We have a stable, trained, developed and motivated workforce
- Staff retention is a key focus in our business with the highest retention rate in the industry at nearly 90%.
