Maximise ATM availability

If an ATM is unavailable, dissatisfied customers may use a competitor’s machine, leading to your business incurring reciprocity charges.  As a single, dedicated supplier, we co-ordinate and carry out  all estate management services.  This virtually eliminates the issues that increase the downtime of a faulty ATM when multiple suppliers are used.

Our use of sophisticated software enables us to remotely monitor any number of ATMs.  Upon detection of a fault, we are able to dispatch an engineer  to an affected ATM with prior knowledge of the fault and carrying the correct tools and parts - this ensures that the engineer can make a speedy fault diagnosis and fix on site wihtout having to wait for delivery of parts.  We can also monitor the lifespan of parts and consumables based on the transaction levels of an ATM.  Based on this information we are able to carry out maintenance or replacement of items before the ATM develops a fault.

Optimise cash usage

G4S employes a system that monitors the cash held within ATMs.  This allows us to forecast future cash requirements based on historical and current transaction levels.  Just in time replenishments can then be scheduled providing the optimal necessary cash levels, without compromising cash availability.
