An online solution with a human touch
Our online service provides all the information you need in order to apply for a visa, and much more. Customers have access to our online Knowledge Base, which provides details on all the necessary documentation required when applying for a visa, along with comprehensive country-specific advice. In addition to this, the system can:
- Support multiple types of visa application – business, tourist, telex, work permit.
- Handle multiple applications simultaneously, catering for those complex journeys, whether they’re for business or pleasure.
- Provide a full glossary of terms with sample letters such as Invitations, UK Business and Employer letters.
Once your papers are submitted to TLCS that’s where your role ends and our expertise takes over. We will manage the process from end to end, covering everything from booking the couriers, to paying the consular fees. While we do the legwork, our customers are able to use the website to track the current status of their applications and to see an estimated completion date.
