We design Integrated facilities management service solutions to our customers’ requirements by combining the skills and competencies within our business and calling in specialist skills through business partnerships.  

We provide and manage people, premises, vehicles and equipment to support the efficient delivery of our customer’s core business activities. We ensure the whole life operability of facilities through facilities management services including preventative and reactive maintenance regimes and provision of soft FM services, co-ordinated through a ‘one stop shop’ helpdesk system for receipt, management and reporting of tasks.  

In addition, we undertake secure disposal of classified material

We work in both the public and private sectors, delivering reliable services that meet or exceed agreed output-based performance standards.  We have extensive experience of improving business processes and managing complex activities.

Customer service, contractual compliance and employee and customer safety are key factors in our business.

PFI and PPP


We have been at the forefront of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI), which provides a means of delivering new public service projects using private finance and service providers in partnership with the public sector.

Similarly, we have been a pioneer of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) enabling governments to share investment, risk and responsibility amongst their partners. The underlying logic remains that both the public and the private sector have unique characteristics that provide them with advantages in specific aspects of service and project delivery.

We place great importance in liaising with our construction partners to ensure that the building design will meet the requirements of our service teams.  Our professional design liaison teams are involved in the process from the outset, and monitor compliance of the agreed design throughout the bidding, contract negotiation and construction phases.  

We undertake Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) management functions within our own PFI contracts and for third parties including contract compliance, financial and general management services and asset management and lifecycle.

Managing people

As a leader in provision of Integrated Facilities Management services that have been outsourced, we have extensive experience of the transfer of staff under TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings, Protection of Employment) regulations in the UK, Agenda for Change, and working with trade unions.
