G4S has a dedicated team of experienced and skilled railway industry trainers, managers and support staff.  We provide comprehensive training and development programmes for G4S officers and rail company staff that reflect the unique demands of our rail customers.

Our Customer Service Induction and role specific courses are recognised as industry leaders thanks to their strong emphasis on communication skills and Health & Safety awareness, as well as the practical implementation of procedures.

Customer Service Induction is a five day intensive course provided for all our staff in customer facing roles, allowing them to develop their skills and knowledge within the rail industry.  Designed to quickly produce an effective and customer focused officer, the course covers areas as varied as:
