A.G4S Justice Services is a division of Group 4 Securicor plc, a leading international security services company operating in some 100 countries around the world with over 430,000 employees. The company operates in four key sectors: Security Services, Security Systems, Cash Services and Justice Services. Group 4 Securicor was formed from the merger between Securicor plc and Group 4 Falck A/S’s security business, which completed in July 2004.

A. Following extensive research amongst our global managers and customers the results suggested that we needed to have one global brand; not something that is a combination of the two old brands but something that was new, fresh, and dynamic and would support the future group strategy. We are a global company, operating in more than 100 countries and as such need a global brand.
