This means that in addition to participant monitoring equipment, agencies can also lease or purchase computers and software applications and operate these locally, entirely by their own agency staff. An alternative to outsourcing the participant monitoring function, host applications enable in-house monitoring, and tracking of participants. As an added convenience, our field services organization is comprised of veteran corrections, law enforcement, and monitoring center personnel who provide a variety of services including installation and retrieval of monitoring equipment, case management, violation investigation as well as collection activities.
G4S Justice Services can provide an on-site Account Manager to provide day-to-day liaison between agency staff and other G4S support services. The Account Manager is an additional resource to the customer and has the ability and expertise to assist all areas of the monitoring program including:
- Caseload management assistance
- Producing reports upon request
- Inventory management
- Analysis of participant record details and activity
