Security Officer Division
Wackenhut recognized some time ago that the concept of one-size fits all really does not apply to our diverse customer base. The Security Officer program is designed to meet the needs of a diverse client base by selecting and training officers based on the specific needs and requirements set forth by demanding customers and by, providing best in class service that exceeds customer expectations.
Wackenhut’s Security Officer personnel are trained to respond effectively and safely to routine and emergency situations. This contributes to total asset conservation as well as property liability reduction, and is no more or less than what you should expect and receive from your security program.
Wackenhut understands the multifaceted role played by security officers. They must be equal parts protector, ambassador, observer, and enforcer of property rules; with the capacity to effectively interact with your management, employees, visitors, and vendors alike.
The role of the Wackenhut Security Officer depends on the nature of the operating environment. Security officers serve in any or all of the following roles:
- customer service

- update authorized access lists as needed
- maintain visitor and contractor sign-in logs
