- In-house training centres accredited by the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)
- All security personnel are trained to legal requirements
- All personnel are trained in Industrial Safety, First Aid and Basic Fire Fighting
- Personnel undergo additional specialist services (Integrated Security Solutions) and client-specific training including site specific procedures and public relations
- Personnel undergo leadership development programmes
