The G4S Staff Trust fully complies with company policy which calls for a broad-based empowerment initiative which will benefit most of our operating personnel.

It is independently managed by two eminently qualified board members drawn from the historically disadvantaged community.

The Trust is intended to benefit the vast majority of our workforce who have been with the company for a minimum of five years, but excludes senior management.

Members of the Trust will receive an annual dividend, while a component has been created within the Trust for the benefit of the widows and orphans of deceased company employees.
