Rebecca Power - Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand

Rebecca Power is the Managing Director of G4S Australia and New Zealand. 

Rebecca is a driven Senior Executive with over 25 years’ experience providing business and consumer solutions and services to commercial and government clients. Rebecca’s general management skills have been developed through a career that has spanned many business functions, transforming underperforming businesses and operations to deliver company and client objectives, drive safety, innovation and improvement and manage risk. 

Through her strong leadership skills and passion for building diverse, highly engaged and performing teams, Rebecca can manage complex business transformations to achieve growth, maximise efficiencies and improve services outcomes for our clients.  

Rebecca has previously worked in the Government services, technology and telecommunication sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

Rebecca Fraser - Director, Human Resources and Safety

Rebecca Fraser is the Director of Human Resources and Safety at G4S Australia and New Zealand. 

Rebecca obtained her Master of Employment Law and Graduate Diploma Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She has previously worked at Energy Australia, BAE Systems, Qantas, National Foods and Coles Myer. 

A senior human resources practitioner with significant workplace relations experience, she enables organisations to navigate complex HR landscapes to achieve the right business outcomes. Her work in the HR function, encompassing HR, Safety, Assurance and Payroll, has resulted in G4S being able to adapt and evolve its HR business model to apply across diverse lines of business and geographies.  

Given her experience across a range of industries, Rebecca also brings a level of insight into the specific and nuanced environments others operate in, allowing G4S to adapt its HR business practices accordingly, anticipating our customers' needs.

Craig Castlle

Craig Castle - Director, Justice Services

Craig Castle is the Director of Justice Services, a service portfolio at G4S Australia and New Zealand. 

Craig has more than 30 years’ experience in corrections. As Assistant Commissioner Custodial Operations, Department of Corrective Services, Western Australia, Craig led a state-wide staffing review and was Operational Commander for protracted critical incidents impacting correctional labour. He also managed the state’s Emergency Management Unit. 

His work as the former Director of Port Philip Prison resulted in major operational reform and provided strategic leadership and change programs for emergency management and recovery. 

Craig holds an Advanced Diploma in Correctional Management and has completed the Australian Correctional Leadership Program, Brush Farm Corrective Services Academy, New South Wales; Executive Development, Corrective Services Academy, Western Australia; Command and Leadership Instruction, Western Australian Police, and Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS), Department of Fire and Emergency Services, Western Australia.

Neonie Colls

Neonie Colls - Director, Integrated Security

Neonie Colls is the Director of Integrated Security, a service portfolio at G4S Australia and New Zealand.  

Neonie brings over 20 years’ experience in the security industry across a diverse range of portfolios including casino, aviation, and major sporting events. Her primary area of expertise is Integrated Security, with a particular focus on understanding the risk profile and threat environment for clients and ensuring operational solutions meet current and future needs.   

Her collaborative mobilisation with Court Services Victoria resulted in the state-wide roll out of specialist Court Security Officers in line with recommendations from the Royal Commission into Family Violence.  

Neonie is a member of the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN) and is committed to connecting, supporting, and inspiring women in security across Australia.

Tabitha Mitchell

Tabitha Mitchell - Director, Business Development and Sales

Tabitha Mitchell is the Director of Business Development and Sales at G4S Australia and New Zealand.  

Tabitha brings 25 years’ experience gained from global and local organisations, establishing high-profile outsourcing services to government and commercial industries including PPP’s. She is one of the region’s most knowledgeable, experienced leaders in the provision of outsourcing and offshoring.  

In previous roles at Serco and Redflex, Tabitha has led business growth, expanding market share through the acquisition of high-profile contracts, as well as managed end-to-end delivery of complex government procurement contracts in local and international markets.
