Prison, my parents and me

G4S-managed HMP Altcourse has helped to shine a light on the plight of children with parents in prison in a special film for BBC Children in Need. Prison, My Parents & Me aired on 15th November on BBC One at 10:45pm and then on BBC iPlayer.


'groundbreaking' family immigration  centre

Government inspectors report that a G4S-managed centre for families scheduled to be removed from the UK has "maintained the high standards for which it has become renowned".


Electronic monitoring in scotland

Expert working group recommends the greater use of technology to help reduce the prison population and better support the rehabilitation of offenders, now to be explored in demonstration projects.

G4S already provides a range of Probation and Community Services through its Electronic Monitoring and Custodial Services businesses, as well as engaging with offenders on release via the Work Programme.
