Christmas and New Year - Cash collection and Cash delivery Services

Please see the below information relating to our operational delivery over the Christmas period and into the New Year. Due to the popularity of our services we are heavily subscribed between the 27th December 2022 to the 2nd January 2023 and will be unable to accept any requests to make changes to services or book additional services effective between these dates The below table provides important information on the services available and the cut off times.

ADHOC Collections	24th December	23rd December 4pm
ADHOC Deliveries	24th December	22nd December 11am
Contract Amendments (CARF)	24th December	9th December 4pm - must be 10 working days notice before required effective/ bank approval 15 working days
Suspensions	24th December	20th December 4pm

Orders or requests for any of the above that miss the deadline will be returned and not actioned.

We are unable to accept Service Requests or Permanent Changes to your services effective between 27th December 2022 and 2nd January 2023 with immediate effect. For Permanent Changes and Service Requirements outside of 27th December 2022 to the 2nd January 2023 please contact us in the usual way.
