G4S Indonesia Personnel Shines in Exemplary Security Guard Competition
Wahyu Suryadi, a security personnel from G4S Indonesia, has made a remarkable achievement in this year's prestigious Exemplary Security Guard (Satpam Teladan) Competition. Not only did Wahyu secure first place at the provincial level, but he also clinched third place nationally—an extraordinary accomplishment that brings pride to the company.
This annual competition, organized by the Indonesia National Police to commemorate the 78th Bhayangkara Day, aims to select and honor security personnel who demonstrate dedication, discipline, skill, and a high level of responsibility in maintaining security.
Participants were assessed on various aspects, including the completeness of documentation, knowledge of the roles and functions of security guards, emergency response handling, and proficiency in using security tools such as batons and handcuffs. Wahyu's success is attributed to his dedication and skills honed through training at G4S Indonesia. His victory at the provincial level propelled him to the national competition, where he competed with the best security guards from across Indonesia and earned third place.
"I am very happy and surprised because I never imagined I would stand among such great individuals. The award was presented directly by the Deputy Chief of Police, and it felt like a dream. I also had the opportunity to meet the Chief of Police, the Commander, and several ministers who attended the event," Wahyu Suryadi shared.
