Intelligence Driven Design
EPISODE 8 | january 28, 2021
In order to remain competitive and to build meaningful products, security solution providers are reimagining their approach and how they interact with users and develop products. Providers are now factoring in customer pain points and how the product is used in conjunction with other systems and tools. In a nutshell we call this process intelligence driven design.
In this episode, Joe Young, Landon Bailey and Douglas MacKellar talk to Lexie Spiro, a Senior Director of User Experience at Motorola about intelligence driven design. We'll discuss what it is, how it differs from traditional design and why it might be valuable to the security and safety industry. We’ll also ask Lexie for his take on journey mapping, empathy vs. buying innovation and other topics related to product development in our industry.
