The partnership with SAMA will improve G4S’ Strategic Accounts program, making it more impactful for the company and its customers

JUPITER, Fla., Dec. 3, 2018 — G4S Secure Solutions (USA), the leading integrated security provider in the United States, announced the company’s partnership with the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA). A nonprofit organization, SAMA is focused on developing, promoting and advancing global strategic account management programs. G4S joins SAMA’s 8,000 members across the globe.
We are committed to making the G4S Strategic Accounts program the premier program in the industry. While our Strategic Accounts program is best in class, SAMA gives us the tools to continue to be the industry leader.

SAMA uses feedback from members of G4S and the Strategic Accounts program to identify the enabling elements of the company’s program. This information is used to help G4S discover the program’s strengths and room for improvement, helping to strengthen the program as a whole.

The partnership with SAMA will improve G4S’ Strategic Accounts program, making it more impactful for the company and its customers. G4S Strategic Account Managers will take an Individual Competency Assessment, giving them a complete assessment of their individual abilities and benchmark that against everyone else who has taken it. This will allow them to take advantage of professional development tools and resources tailored specifically to their individual interests.

G4S will be able to utilize the Association’s four SAMA Academies in the United States. These academies offer training, classes and networking, allowing G4S Strategic Account Managers to work with peers who have faced similar challenges or work with similar customers to enhance G4S’ abilities in the industry.
