G4S' North America Training Institute was recognized by Chief Learning Officer magazine during its LearningElite gala in Las Vegas on April 1. G4S was named to the Gold Level, the highest level awarded, ranking 17 out of the top 57 organizations.

LearningElite identifies and recognizes industry leaders, supporting organizations achieving best-in-class levels of performance and identifying best practices and strategies for learning and development. G4S has been recognized by LearningElite every year since 2014, earning Gold in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

We understand the intrinsic value of training and development in the success of our employees and our company. We are honored to once again be recognized by LearningElite and look forward to continuing our commitment to providing our employees with resources designed to help them succeed.
Geoff Gerks chief Human Resources Officer

To help train and develop employees, G4S created G4Su, the company's online corporate university, and Promote Me!, a program designed to allow employees to self-identify themselves as interested in being promoted within the company. G4Su provides thousands of hours of learning activities, allowing employees to build on professional and personal skills. Promote Me! gives employees access to career assessments, career learning journeys and career coaches, enabling them to grow with the company.

G4S has continually been recognized by leading training organizations. In February, G4S was ranked by Training magazine's Training Top 125, the 13th consecutive year G4S had been honored, and was one of just two security companies to be recognized. G4S has also been recognized by Leadership Excellence Awards (LEAD), HR.com and has received the ATD Best Award three times.
