G4S Secure Solutions (USA) announces partnership with the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA)
The partnership with SAMA will improve G4S’ Strategic Accounts program, making it more impactful for the company and its customers. G4S Strategic Account Managers will take an Individual Competency Assessment, giving them a complete assessment of their individual abilities and benchmark that against everyone else who has taken it. This will allow them to take advantage of professional development tools and resources tailored specifically to their individual interests.
G4S will be able to utilize the Association’s four SAMA Academies in the United States. These academies offer training, classes and networking, allowing G4S Strategic Account Managers to work with peers who have faced similar challenges or work with similar customers to enhance G4S’ abilities in the industry.
