Training & Supervision

The most common challenges within the security industry is ensuring Officer performance is consistent with customer expectations and the Officers make judgment decisions that are in the best interest of the customer.

New G4S Officers must complete a (2) day extensive training course before being allowed to work in the field. This assures our customers the Officers assigned to their property will be cable of properly responding to most security related incidents. No other security company in the Marianas invests this much preparation into its security team.
