G4S have been made aware of phishing scams where someone has used the G4S brand to try and extort money from others in exchange for fictitious valuable assets. 

If you receive an email offering to transfer money or valuable assets to you from a person who claims to work for G4S please be aware this could be a scam. 

If you receive an email from someone claiming to work for G4S and you think it could be a scam, please let us know by contacting us here.

Scams, what to look out for...

• The sender addresses you as 'customer' instead of your name
• The sender uses an email address which is anything other than @g4s.com, @ke.g4s.com, @uk.g4s.com etc
• The sender asks you to send them money before receiving a service
• The email has been sent from an address that is not from the one displayed, or it is a free website address for example @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo
• The sender’s claims seem “too good to be true” – they most likely are.

What to do if you receive a suspicious email?

• Do not reply to the email, open any links or download any attachments - even if the links look legitimate they could be a phishing link in disguise
• Forward the email to (G4S Fraud email)
