Protekt specialises in safety training and consultancy and operates four training facilities in the Netherlands to a high standard.

Protekt’s activities will further strengthen G4S’s existing position in safety training and consultancy, with both companies having significant experience of providing customised solutions for safety training.

Protekt was acquired from Arbo Unie B.V. and had gross assets of £ 1.1 million as at 31 December 2011and sales of £ 3.8 million for 2011.
