Additional information on this report
This is our fourth annual sustainability group CSR report. We aim to provide a comprehensive account of our non-financial performance through this report, including issues based on their potential to help or harm our business, and the level of interest an issue represents for our key external stakeholders.
* "Verification of the data contained within the G4S CSR Report is undertaken by internal audit and due- diligence processes, G4S do not currently seek external assurance for its CSR Report. This policy is reviewed on a regular basis by the CSR Committee"

** "G4S fully supports the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Right at Work, including the principles of non-use of child labour. Given the nature of its services, its policy to adhere to local law and customer demand, there is low risk of G4S employing children within its operations. The G4S Supplier Code of Conduct requires our suppliers to meet the same standards."
*** "G4S fully supports the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Right at Work, including the principles of non-use of forced labour. No operations have been identified as using forced labour and a variety of measures and monitoring mechanisms, including minimum standards on the treatment of employees, a human rights framework and global employee whistleblowing hotlines have been put in place to ensure these principles are met. The G4S Supplier Code of Conduct requires out significant suppliers to meet the same standards."
**** "No incidents of corruption have been reported through employee reporting mechanisms during 2012"
