Notification of Major Shareholding
The company was notified today by Invesco Limited that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in 184,182,990 ordinary shares of the company.
This amounts to 13.05% of the company’s total voting rights.
