G4S plc, the world’s leading security company, announces that, following customary regulatory clearances, it has completed the sale of G4S Honduras to Security Services Honduras, S.A. de C.V, a subsidiary of GSI of Mexico, for an undisclosed consideration.  

The sale of the business is part of the group’s on-going review of its portfolio of businesses to enhance its strategic focus and performance. 

G4S Honduras is based in Tegucigalpa and employs approximately 1,250 people, covering the manned security and technology systems markets.
