In his role as Supervisor at a major global pharmaceutical provider based in Ireland, Tom has full operational responsibility for the security delivery. This includes managing all site personnel, acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met, overseeing compliance and safety protocols, and implementing proactive security solutions to mitigate risk.
