New Delhi, Saturday, September 15, 2012:  G4S India launched its offering in the luxury hospitality space at the golden jubilee celebrations of the IHM-Pusa at Hotel Ashok on 15th of September 2012. The evening was once-in-a-lifetime evening of nostalgia and celebration which saw the participation from the likes of Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor – chef and entrepreneur, Mr. Virender S. Datta – former president Fortune hotels, Mr. K.B. Kachru – exec. Vice president Carlson-Rezidor Hotels, Mr. Anil Bhandhari – former chairman and managing director ITDC and Mr. Alok Shivapuri – principal IHM Pusa.

This was preceded with a launch at Mumbai on 5th September at the World Hotel and Resort Development Congress, Powai and a pre-launch at a reception jointly organized by Sir James Bevan KCMG, British high Commissioner and Mr. Neil Prasad, Regional Managing Director G4S South Asia, on 31st August 2012 at the residence of the BHC, in New Delhi.

Foreign investment has been pouring into India from across the globe, in the luxury hospitality sector resulting in expansion of supply of luxury hotel suits. This has resulted in consistent growth in the foreign tourist arrivals, who are demanding maximum security, without any obstruction in their vacation or business travel.

A generic security solution can no more meet the evolving security needs of the luxury hotels. Today, security personnel need to fully integrate with the ethos of the luxury hotels.
