In  an interview with a&s magazine Mr. Vikas Saxena Sr. Vice President- ESS, India G4S, explains that the in absence of strong bandwidth and limitation of network coverage, it had not taken off well until sometime back. With recent advent in telecom network coverage, bandwidth availability and evolution of IP convergence in the electronic security and safety technology, it has evolved as a strong service offering for both B2B and B2C segments.
