G4S announces sale of G4S Cash Solutions Proprietary Limited to Izi Africa Proprietary Limited
G4S INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED has today announced completion of the sale of G4S Cash Solutions (SA) Proprietary Limited to Izi Africa Proprietary Limited following all regulatory approvals.
G4S has, since 1994, been a major investor in South Africa and remains committed to investing in and growing its security business (G4S Secure Solutions) and its payment technology business (Deposita), both in South Africa and internationally.
G4S’s regional headquarters for Africa will continue to be based in South Africa.
