Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, announces the acquisition of Direct Handling Limited, a leading parcel and document service business in the Isle of Man.

Direct Handling will be amalgamated into Group 4 Securicor’s existing parcel and document service business on the Isle of Man, where the combined entity will now be the third largest player, by market share.
The full consideration for the acquisition, to be paid in cash, is £0.9m.
