G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Winnie Kin Wah Fok, one of its non-executive directors, is to become a director of Kemira Oyj, a company listed on the Helsinki stock exchange, with effect from 22 March 2011, subject to the approval of that company’s shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on that date.

Ms Fok will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
