In the intended financial calendar for 2011 which G4S plc announced on 19 January 2011, a date of 24 August 2011 was given as the date for the announcement of the company’s half-year results to 30 June 2011.

The company now intends to publish the announcement of its half-year results to 30 June 2011 on 23 August 2011 instead.
