G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions provider, announces that G4S International (DK) A/S has entered into a preliminary share purchase agreement, conditional upon receipt of local competition approval, for the disposal of G4S Holdings (Polska) Sp. Z.o.o. which, together with its subsidiary companies, comprises all of G4S’s businesses in Poland.

Upon completion of the transaction, the businesses will be sold to the Polish security firm, Konsalnet Holding S.A., for a cash consideration of £8.467m.
