The full Annual Report and Accounts has been posted to shareholders. The document includes the notice of the company’s Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 6 June 2013 at Salters’ Hall, 4 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DE at 2.00 pm. A proxy form for the company’s Annual General Meeting accompanies annual reports posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Accounts, including the notice of meeting and explanatory notes accompanying it, has been submitted to, and will be available from, the National Storage Mechanism.
